Sofia For Fresh and Frozen Fish Trading (S.A.R.L) is based in Baabda, Lebanon, and they import a large variety of fish, fresh and frozen, and from various sources. They import fresh fish from Turkey, Tunisia, Egypt, and Senegal. All their traceability and quality processes are paper based.
Main role in SUREFISH
The company will participate in WP5 as the 3rd pilot use case, Pilot 3 (follower), for Fresh Groupers.
