Slow Food Tebourba Association is a non-profit association that aims to safeguard terrestrial and marine food production. Active since 2011, it is headquartered in Tebouba, govenartorato Manouba Tunisia, and its aims are to protect food species from extinction and to maintain their nutritional traditions.

Main role in SUREFISH

Slow Food Tebourba Association will play an active role in promoting the good practices demonstrated within the project, with their dissemination to the largest possible number of fishermen. This will be achieved through workshops and focus groups to ensure technology transfer from Europe (Spain and Italy) to North Africa (Tunisia) as well to ensure replicability of the project solutions.
