Project Coordinator

Curriculum: Senior Project Manager, since 2008. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering in 2003 and obtained a Research Doctorate in “Engineering of Materials and Production” in 2006. He is the Project Coordinator of SHEALTHY (H2020- GA 817936) and PC for SMART GROUND (H2020-GA 641988), IP & Exploitation Manager of RECOVER (H2020- GA 887648) and of SaltGae (H2020-GA 689785), IPR Manager of BIONTOP (H2020- GA 837761).

Main tasks: As Project Coordinator he is responsible for the daily running of the project, and for ensuring that the work plan adheres to its schedule, fulfils its objectives, and the project meets the needs and expectations of all the partners.

Simona Mincione (ENCO)

IPR & Exploitation Manager

Curriculum: Project Manager, since 2014. She holds a Master degree in International Relations and European Studies. She got the certificate in EU Funding and EU Project Design & Management in 2012 and WIPO certificate for IPR Management. She is currently IPR & Exploitation Manager of SHEALTHY project (H2020-SFS GA no 817936). She has extensive experience in the management of Horizon 2020 EU funded projects, in particular in agro-food and packaging sectors.

Main tasks: She is responsible for ensuring the project results are protected where possible and that the knowledge management procedures are implemented.

Rossella di Monaco (UNINA)

Scientific & Technical Coordinator

Curriculum: Associate Professor in Food Science and Technology at the Department of Agricultural Sciences. Her research specialises in the field of Sensory Evaluation and Consumer Science with a deep interest in new food development, new sensory methods and valorisation of traditional food. She has several experiences as coordinator of research activities for both EU and national project.

Main tasks: She will coordinate the WP4 activities on the increasing of consumer confidence in Mediterranean fish, also the matching tasks of WP3 such as activities on isotope fingerprints, DNA-based techniques, morphological and physical analyses and sensory descriptive evaluation of Mediterranean fish.

 Inés Echeverría (CNTA)

Innovation Manage

Curriculum: R&D&I Department Director at CNTA since January 2016. She holds a degree in Biological Sciences and Food Industry Engineer by the ENSAIA (Nancy-France). She has more than 20 years’ experience in R&D projects development and management.

Main tasks: She will act as a driver for the industrial partners in defining post-project concerted value chain commercial strategy supported the IPR & Exploitation Manager and the Communication Manager.

Celina Costas (ANFACO)

Communication Manager

Curriculum: Head of Research Results Transfer Office (OTRI) at ANFACO, she is specialised in communication actions to fish industry networks. PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with extensive experience in different research projects from Spanish and international institutions. Extensive knowledge in systems of web content management (CMS), analysis of media and social networks. 

 

Main tasks: She will be responsible for ensuring the project reaches out to different fish companies in the most effective way.

Giampaolo Buonfiglio (MEDAC)

Giampaolo Buonfiglio (MEDAC)

Fish Industry, Technology & Stakeholders

He held a Degree in Biology at University of Rome “La Sapienza”, Italy. He was appointed for technical services and aquaculture facilities design for several Italian companies. Currently he is the President of MEDAC.

He has a solid background in fisheries control issues at European level. He has been Deputy Director for Fisheries at the French Direction of Fisheries and Aquaculture since 2009. He was appointed in 2011 as Executive Director of the Agency.

She is an international lawyer with more than 15 years of working experience. Among the many work experiences, she worked as a lobbyist at the European Fund Asset Management Association where she was Regulatory Policy Adviser. She is also member of the SHEALTHY project External Advisory Board.
