SUREFISH at the TRAME MEDITERRANEE

SUREFISH was presented at the special edition of "Trame Mediterranee" entirely dedicated to the "Mare Nostrum" that was created with the intention of creating awareness of the immense value of the intangible heritage of the Mediterranean Diet.

For the third consecutive year, the Future Food Institute, together with the FAO and in collaboration with the Municipality of Pollica and Centro Studi Dieta Mediterranea Angelo Vassallo, is bringing a new boot camp to Pollica, a UNESCO Emblematic Community of the Mediterranean Diet, to train Climate Shapers, young experts in climate, environment and sustainable food.

A kaleidoscopic plot capable of highlighting the beauty of diversity, made up of true stories of farming and heroic fishing, exploration of the territory and listening to the wisdom of centenarians.
